CSQ2 respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about the information collected through this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information CSQ2 collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, CSQ2 may collect information such as your name, email address, password hash, account preferences, and account verification status.

Google sign-in information

When you choose to sign in with Google, CSQ2 receives basic account information provided by Google, including your Google account identifier, name, and email address. CSQ2 uses this information only to create, identify, and authenticate your CSQ2 account.

CSQ2 does not receive or store your Google password.

Zwift account information

When you connect a Zwift account, the credentials you provide are used to authenticate with Zwift and establish the connection requested by you. CSQ2 does not store your Zwift password.

CSQ2 may store connection information, including session data or authentication cookies, when needed to maintain the connection and retrieve your authorized Zwift data.

Zwift and cycling data

CSQ2 may collect and process data associated with riders, activities, events, race results, teams, routes, segments, power, heart rate, weight, performance metrics, telemetry, and other cycling-related information.

Some Zwift information may already be publicly visible through Zwift, ZwiftPower, event results, or other cycling services. Connecting your account may allow CSQ2 to retrieve additional information associated with your account.

Technical information

CSQ2’s hosting and server infrastructure may automatically record basic request information, such as your IP address, browser user agent, requested page, timestamp, and error details. This information is used to operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the application.

How we use information

CSQ2 uses collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Authenticate users and protect account security.
  • Connect to Zwift and retrieve requested data.
  • Provide race, rider, event, route, and performance analytics.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the application.
  • Respond to support requests and user communications.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and sessions

CSQ2 uses cookies and similar browser storage to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, protect forms, and provide essential application functionality.

Disabling essential cookies may prevent account login or other parts of CSQ2 from working correctly.

How information is shared

CSQ2 does not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary:

  • With hosting, infrastructure, email, security, or other service providers that help operate CSQ2.
  • With Google or Zwift when necessary to complete an authentication or connection request initiated by you.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • To investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to users or the application.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the application, subject to appropriate notice where required.

Public information

CSQ2 is a racing analytics platform. Rider names, teams, race results, rankings, event participation, and performance data may be displayed publicly when that information is already public or is used as part of the application's event and rider analysis features.

Do not submit information that you do not have permission to share.

Data retention

CSQ2 retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, provide requested services, maintain historical analytics, protect application security, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or archived systems after account deletion.

Data security

CSQ2 uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request to:

  • Access or correct your account information.
  • Disconnect your Zwift account.
  • Stop using Google sign-in by establishing another available login method.
  • Delete your CSQ2 account and associated personal information.

Requests can be submitted through the CSQ2 support page. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.

Third-party services

CSQ2 connects with or uses services operated by third parties, including Google and Zwift. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms, and CSQ2 is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

CSQ2 is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Zwift.

Children's privacy

CSQ2 is not directed to children under 13, and CSQ2 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact CSQ2 so the information can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as CSQ2 changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of CSQ2 after an update means the revised policy will apply going forward.
