These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CSQ2. By creating an account, connecting an external account, or otherwise using CSQ2, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CSQ2.

About CSQ2

CSQ2 is an independent Zwift racing analytics platform that provides tools for exploring riders, events, race results, routes, teams, telemetry, and performance trends.

CSQ2 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Zwift.

Account eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and must be legally permitted to use the services and external accounts you connect to CSQ2.

Users under the age of 13 may not create or use a CSQ2 account.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your CSQ2 account and for activity performed through it. You must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or access another user's account without permission.

Google sign-in

CSQ2 may allow you to create or access your account using Google sign-in. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.

Connecting Google sign-in authorizes CSQ2 to use the basic account information needed to identify and authenticate you. It does not give CSQ2 access to your Google password.

Connecting a Zwift account

When you connect a Zwift account, you represent that the account belongs to you or that you have permission from its owner to connect and access it.

You authorize CSQ2 to use the connection to retrieve and process information needed to provide the application's features.

You remain responsible for complying with any terms, policies, and restrictions imposed by Zwift or other connected services.

Analytics and performance information

CSQ2 calculations, estimates, rankings, models, comparisons, and performance metrics are provided for informational and recreational purposes.

Results may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, inaccurate, or affected by data quality, equipment, rider settings, third-party services, calculation methods, or other factors outside CSQ2's control.

CSQ2 does not provide medical, coaching, health, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use the information presented by the application.

Acceptable use

You may not use CSQ2 to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of another person.
  • Access accounts or information without authorization.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful requests.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the application.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or account restrictions.
  • Use automated systems in a way that creates excessive load or disruption.
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute CSQ2 data or functionality without permission.
  • Use CSQ2 for fraud, deception, or unlawful competitive activity.

User-provided information

You retain ownership of information that you submit or connect to CSQ2.

You grant CSQ2 permission to host, process, reproduce, organize, and display that information as reasonably necessary to operate the application and provide its features.

You represent that you have the right to provide or connect the information and that its use by CSQ2 will not violate the rights of another person.

CSQ2 content and intellectual property

CSQ2's application code, design, branding, written content, calculation methods, visualizations, and original features are owned by CSQ2 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use CSQ2 for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of CSQ2 or its intellectual property to you.

Third-party services and data

CSQ2 depends on third-party platforms, services, websites, and data sources. Those services may change, restrict access, experience outages, remove information, or stop operating without notice.

CSQ2 is not responsible for third-party services, their data, their availability, or actions taken by their operators.

Availability and changes

CSQ2 may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or remove features at any time. The application may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, security issues, or circumstances outside CSQ2's control.

CSQ2 does not guarantee that any feature, integration, calculation, or item of historical data will remain available permanently.

Account suspension and termination

CSQ2 may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the application, its users, third parties, or connected services, including when these Terms are violated.

You may stop using CSQ2 at any time and may request account deletion through the CSQ2 support page.

Disclaimer of warranties

CSQ2 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSQ2 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

CSQ2 does not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSQ2 and its owner, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

This includes loss of data, loss of access, loss of opportunity, training decisions, racing decisions, account restrictions imposed by third parties, or reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your misuse of CSQ2, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as CSQ2 changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of CSQ2 after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
